ACCREDITATION documents
Registration is required for those who wish to supply the Green Imperative project with machines, equipment, and inputs and have the Industry as their activity; it enables the prior assessment of the companies that intend to partake in the supply processes. Once registered, the company can prove its eligibility to partake in the process.
The selection will follow a four-phase process designed to:
- Guarantee the product quality assurance;
- Assess the equipment’s suitability for use in Nigeria;
- Ensure the supplier’s commitment to the project;
- Affirm the supplier’s capacity and commitment to the transfer of knowledge, qualification, and technical assistance in the long term.

- Company charter (memorandum of association, bylaws, or entrepreneur’s application);
- All the Charter revisions and restatements;
- Partners’ Documents;
- State Tax Registration;
- Municipal Tax Registration;
- Federal debt clearance certificate;
- State debt clearance certificate;
- Municipal debt clearance certificate;
- Labour debt clearance certificate;
- FGTS debt clearance certificate;
- INSS debt clearance certificate;
- Balance sheet and financial statements for the past 3 years;
- Bankruptcy and Receivership clearance certificate;
- Quality Management Certificate(s) – ISO 9000;
- Environmental Quality Management Certificate(s) – ISO 14000;
- Certificate or Datasheet with reference to the performance of the products to be supplied.
- Is there any Environmental Quality Management program? If yes, please specify.
- Export Registration Declaration, with type of product, year of export, and list of countries;
- Proven technical assistance declaration;
- Overseas Product Performance Declaration;
- Availability Declaration for participation in initiatives for overseas training and technical qualification through the CITTA – International Centre for Innovation and Agricultural Technology Transfer.
- Declaration of the products that the company wishes to supply with the NCM and FINAME code;
- The company’s working organization chart.
