ACCREDITATION documents

Registration is required for those who wish to cadidate as Service Centre Operator for the Green Imperative project.

Documents and information is needed in order to proceed as a registrant.

Identification such as (a) National ID (b) Driver’s License (c) Voters Card (d) International Passport;
Proficiency Certificate if your object is a professional one or Consultancy;
Payment receipt from CAC;
E-Certificate;
E-Status Report.

Identification such as (a) National ID (b) Driver’s License (c) Voters Card (d) International Passport of the Directors Shareholders if different from the Directors;
Proficiency Certificate if your object is a professional one or Consultancy;
Payment receipt from CAC;
E-Certificate;
E-Status Report;
Stamp Duty Certificate from FIRS;
Residence Permit (for Foreigner shareholders).

Identification such as (a) National ID (b) Driver’s License (c) Voters Card (d) International Passport of the Directors Shareholders if different from the Directors;
Proficiency Certificate if your object is a professional one or Consultancy;
Consent of the Attorney General of the Federation;
Payment receipt from CAC;
E-Certificate;
E-Status Report;
Stamp Duty Certificate from FIRS;
Residence Permit (for Foreigner shareholders).

Newspaper publication: National Newspaper and Local Newspaper;
Letter of Application written in the Organization’s letter headed paper;
Organization’s Constitution;
Minutes of meeting where the Trustees were appointed, signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the Board;
Minutes of meeting where the special Clause rules in the Constitution of the Organization were adopted signed by the Chairman and the Secretary;
Identification such as (a) National ID (b) Driver’s License (c) Voters Card (d) International Passport of the Directors Shareholders if different from the Directors;
Payment receipt from CAC;
E-Certificate;
E-Status Report;
Stamp Duty Certificate from FIRS;
Residence Permit (for Foreigner shareholders).
