Launch of Green Imperative at state house

The Federal Government in partnership with the Government of Brazil is set to launch an agricultural initiative aimed at boosting agricultural production in Nigeria. The initiative also known as the Nigeria-Brazil Agricultural Development Programme is tagged “The Green Imperative”.

The initiative will amongst other things entail the introduction of advanced Brazilian Agricultural Equipment (ABIMAQ) and the establishment of Training Centres for Nigerian Farmers across the country.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, will formally launch “The Green Imperative” at a ceremony to be held as follows:
