The supplier selection criteria for the Imperative Green Project will be carried out in 3 distinct phases: Company Registration, Company Pre-Selection and Company Selection.

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS

The registration for pre-selection of suppliers will be carried out through this website. Please, check at the bottom of this page the access to Green Imperative Online Registration Form.

The pre-selected companies will be informed via email.

PRE-SELECTION OF COMPANIES
(SHORT LIST)

Application of eliminatory variables that constitute the minimum conditions for the company’s registration as a potential supplier for the project. Failure to meet all of the items mentioned below will result in the removal of the company from the selection process.
A.
Products that the company wishes to supply

• Agricultural equipment;

• Processing facilities;

• NCM and FINAME code.

B.
Company information

• Production capacity of the company;

• % of the company’s current production capacity will be used to produce for The Green Imperative Project?

• Reference letters about the supplying performance of the candidate.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: DOES THE COMPANY HAVE A QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

• ISO 9000

• ISO 9001

• ISO 14000

• ISO 14064

Does the company have export records? If yes, list countries, type of product and year of export

• List of countries;

• Type of products;

• Year of exports.

Does the company have technical assistance and/or Training program?

• Abroad: Short Description;

• Brazil: Short Description.

Required Certificates

• Proof of Regularity with Federal, State and Municipal Treasury;

• Financial Qualification;

• Balance Sheet and financial statements for the last financial year;

• Requirement of Clearance Certificate of Bankruptcy, Receivership and Foreclosure;

• Guarantee, which may be in advance deposit the date of the bidding of up to 1% of the value of the contract to be tendered;

• Minimum social capital up to the limit of 10% of the total value of the contract;

• Liquidity Rates;

Refers to quantitative and qualitative variables to evaluate companies as possible suppliers to the project. The result of the evaluation will be the basis for selecting the priority suppliers for the first tranche of the Green Imperative Project.

Export potential of the company

• Quality and suitability of the product to Nigerian needs;

• Export track record to the African continent (last 5 years);

• Active period in exports of the product (including Africa continent);

• Number of African countries with exports made;

• % content of products that could be assembled in Nigeria.

b.
Customer assistance potential (technical assistance, training and capacity building)

• Number of factory technicians with international experience;

• Existing representation in Nigeria with the capacity to offer after-sales services;

• Number of stores/dealers able to offer after sales services with an emphasis on technical assistance available;

• Offer of training and capacity building plan to be made available with the exported equipment.
